Ninth Studio delivers digital services and project files. No physical shipping is normally required for the services offered through this website.
1. Digital delivery
Ninth Studio provides digital services, including website design and development, Shopify setup and customisation, design assets and related consulting. We do not ordinarily sell or ship physical products through this website.
2. Delivery method
Project deliverables may be shared electronically by email, secure file link, repository, website platform or another method agreed with you. Access credentials and handover details will be provided according to the project scope and payment terms.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated timelines are agreed during project planning and can depend on project complexity, feedback, approvals, content, access and third-party services. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.
4. Client responsibilities
To help avoid delays, please provide requested content, approvals, product information, access and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing materials or third-party platforms may affect the delivery schedule.
5. Third-party services
Domain providers, hosting companies, Shopify and other platforms may have their own account, access, billing and delivery rules. Those services are subject to their providers' terms.
